Feathers appear when angels are near is another beautiful reminder that you will never be alone. We hosted an event called “Praise on the Lawn” where we hosted a day of prayer and worship. We had about 120 people show up at our house and we prayed and sang worship music for a couple hours as well as a large potluck lunch. When the event was over, I was talking to a woman who was very moved by the day and sharing the story of our daughter passing away and this beautiful white feather fluttered down from the sky and landed on the top side of my hand. I didn’t see the feather as it fell and I am a hand talker, so its a miracle it landed on the back of my hand without just falling to the ground. We both looked at each other in disbelief as it just stuck right to me like it was meant just for me. So of course she started crying again as she told me this phrase “angels appear when angels are near”. That moment was so beautiful and comforting to me.
